Staff attitude vry high. Ignoring the feedback is this the service you are giving? whn im complaining abt the food u should take it as positive but attitude first isint that.. first and last visit will recommend others not to visit. Thanks donated Rs.2800 food bill enjoy. Folks if u trust not visit this restaurant pathetic quality in the name of Bengali cuisine. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today I went there, and ordered badshahi pulao, dhokar dalna and doi chicken. So starting from the pulao, it was pathetic. The rice was stick and it was stinking as well, next, the dhokar dalna was stinking. When I asked them, they said the have added lemon so it might be a bit soury, soury was ok , it was stinking like hell… doi chicken was good. And I kindly ask the owner to change their service staff as well as the cook…. Your restaurant remains empty most of the time because of ur arrogant service boys and untrained chef…
There are many bengali cuisine outlets near your restaurant but we went to your restaurant specifically and we were so pissed off today that we are never recommending nor visiting ballygunge cuisine ever again….. thanks for ruining our lunch…
