What do you expect from a good restaurant?? A good restaurant should provide an enjoyable dining experience, leaving customers satisfied and willing to return.... Cherry on top... 'You are craving for an authentic dish and you find one place offering the same in your locality... Now comes the horrific experience at *Aama's* who claim to have a hassle free and quick service with lighting, music and decor in harmony. But fail to satisfy at any front... Firstly, the food served at Aama's is far from authentic Nepali cuisine. The dishes lack the signature flavors and spices that define Nepali cuisine. The restaurant seems to have attempted to cater to the Indian palate by adding excessive amounts of spices, resulting in a completely different taste. The menu options were limited, and the dishes did not represent the true essence of Nepal. Moreover, despite being a Nepalese restaurant, the ambiance and decor of Aama's failed to evoke any sense of Nepal or Gorkhas. The interiors were dull, uninviting, and lacked any cultural elements. The restaurant's lighting was dim, which added to the gloomy atmosphere. Another major disappointment was the absence of Nepali music, which could have added to the overall experience of dining at a Nepalese restaurant. Instead, the restaurant played generic pop songs, which seemed out of place and did not complement the food or atmosphere. In conclusion, I would not recommend Aama's for anyone looking for an authentic Nepali dining experience in Hyderabad. The restaurant falls short on multiple fronts, including food, ambiance, and music. Needs a better representation of Nepali cuisine and culture.
