Случайно сюда зашли сюда пообедать. Взяли рыбное рагу с овощами и шницель. Рагу очень вкусное и шницель хорош.

I recently visited Ab der Fisch, which I usually like and rate positively. Unfortunately, I had an extremely disappointing experience today where I was left completely without food while other guests were already enjoying their meals. The start of the visit was promising. The ambience was pleasant and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, when I placed my order the problem started. While my fellow diners enjoyed their dishes, I was ignored for well over 18 minutes without any explanation or apology. Although I waited patiently, it would have been nice to at least receive a brief explanation from the staff. Unfortunately no justifications or excuses were offered while the other customers insisted that their dishes were not getting cold. Finally, after almost 20 minutes, I was finally served my order, without any apology or explanation. By this point the other guests' food had already gotten cold as they had been waiting for me to receive my food. I understand that such incidents may occasionally occur in restaurants. Still, I was disappointed by the lack of communication and interest in my dining experience. A simple note or a quick apology would have made all the difference. Given my previous positive experiences at this restaurant, I will give it another chance. I sincerely hope that the staff learns the lesson from this situation and improves their service to avoid such incidents in the future. Nevertheless, this visit was unfortunately marked by a disappointing wait and a lack of attention to my needs as a paying guest. Hopefully the restaurant will be able to address such issues and pleasantly surprise me on my next visit. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
