This is the best spot near Prajapati Musical Instruments. The menu of Indian cuisine is recommended to degust at this restaurant. I will NOT suggest this place. We had a prior booking for lunch , when arrived there for 5 persons family to sit near the lake they said they are unable to just place two extra chairs on the same table, which could be very easily done as there was not much crowd then. The manager insisted us that we sit inside the AC room . My question is what is the point of prior booking , what was the point to pay so much price on their food , we bringing our old parents there so far for lunch with a lake view, they just let us walk away mid afternoon without a pleasent word of apology. Extremely disappointed with the manager Mr Suryavanshi's professionalism associated with a reputed restaurant. Happy that we ultimately refused with his non compromising bargaining skills and walked to a very nearby Lake pichola restaurant where you will get much better ambience and very understanding and helpful , polite staff. There are many options in Udaipur for a lake view dining, so I suggest to spend your money and time wisely and choose a place with good service & hospitality. Hope this review stands useful. 1st: Make sure to make a reservation before you visit. 2nd: Do apply mosquito repellants (odomos) 3rd: If you are commuting via 4 wheeler, be prepared to test your driving skills in narrowest lanes possible! Rest: Been there earlier too. Atmosphere is great, what you are longing for. Food is tasty, though breads came in cold in second time. Kid-friendliness: Nothing exciting for kids, gets boring for them. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Ambrai Restaurant is an absolute gem in Udaipur! ️ Located near Lake Pichola, it offers breathtaking views of the City Palace and the lake. The food is delicious, especially the Rajasthani specialties. The ambiance is romantic and perfect for a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!
