Our friend's baby dropped his shoe, n one of the staff picked it up n THREW it at the mother. To add to this fiasco, a waitress brought one of the dishes and said "beef curry". My friend (who does not eat beef for religious reasons) asked her "is this beef or chicken?". The lady took a look at the dish and rudely said "Chicken", to which my friend asked "Are u sure?". The waitress said, again rudely, "you taste and find out"!!!
By then we could no longer take any more of the abuse we were getting from the staff and decide to leave before even having our main meals. We finally told them that they are very rude and ask for the bill. Which the staff then said we did not need to pay and everything she did was her way of sending the message to us that our children shouldn't be eating food we brought in and if we were not happy with that, we can leave without paying. Should we have let our kids starve then ?
We came here because of all the good reviews on Google as we wanted to have a good dinner with our best friends but It was an extremely horrific,unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. It spoilt our entire day, and as a parent I felt very attacked, discriminated, disturbed and disappointed with the way this restaurant and its staff treated us and our children. I would never return to this restaurant. Food vice, far far from authentic Thai. Not worth the money or heartache.
