So helpful! We are visiting from KC and they special-ordered a gin that we can't get in our part of the country and we are able to take it back home. Great selection as well, but so nice of them to help us out while in town!

Twice I got delivery from this store and it was NO PROBLEM... I've tried FOUR or FIVE times since including two minutes ago and I've been told various bizarre reasons why they CANNOT deliver... once I was told guys is out making deliveries so it would be a few hours; I said that's no problem, and he started stuttering and said I have to call 24 hours in advance; because most people call to have liquor delivered for the next day... NEVER!!! I'm not calling 20 minutes before they close, I've always called at lest 5-6 hours before closing. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO DELIVERY THEN DON'T OFFER DELIVERY! It's just ODD that the first two times it was so easy... now it's harder than getting an audience with the POPE! I like to support local businesses but there needs be some reciprocity... like honoring the services that you advertise on your website!

Hi Kathleen, I am sorry that we we're unable to get any delivery out for you on Saturday. There should be no issue on our end to get you a delivery when you have used Drizly. After talking with our manager, he confirmed that he had to cancel the order right after we received it because we had no driver to help. As for the other times, we try not to take orders over the phone, so that may have been why the person you talked to was a little confused. Regardless they should have directed you to our website or email customerservice@ballsquarefinewines.com, in order to get you a delivery. Once again I am sorry that we we're unable to get this delivery out, and hopefully this does not dissuade you from supporting small business. Thanks, Daniel McDonnell Corporate Delivery Manager

Ball Square Fine Wines is pretty fabulous. In addition to a great selection of wine and spirits, they have great cheeses and specialty foods. Plus the staff is always really nice.
