Visited on 3rd Feb, Saturday expecting huge crowd and rush but ambience was average crowded. We reached around 5 PM and found the hotel is low on staff and despite having a couple of customers only staff was not on the peak of their efficiency. One staff member said as I remember "staff is low we can't help it". Tried Co-operating with the staff and in the end received OK service not up to the mark though. I forget the tea in the end was served post 30 minutes of ordering with a smile (isse fast toh Pizza aata hai bro). Kindly keep adequate staff as the restaurant is still picking up on popularity. Rest View is awesome and waterbody is couple of yards away from restaurant. Service: 2
