I recently had the pleasure of dining at Beytna restaurant in Madrid, and I must say, it was an extraordinary culinary experience. Beytna stands out as a beacon of Halal Middle Eastern cuisine, offering a delectable array of dishes that tantalize the taste buds and transport diners to a world of flavor and elegance. From the moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. The decor is simply breathtaking, creating an ambiance that feels like a home away from home. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here, evident in both the immaculate surroundings and the freshness of the food. Speaking of the food, it's nothing short of spectacular. I had the pleasure of sampling the neck lamb with rice and kofta with tahini, and each bite was a revelation. The meat was incredibly juicy, bursting with flavor and perfectly complemented by the accompanying sides. Every dish is prepared with care and attention to detail, ensuring a dining experience that is nothing short of sublime. But what truly sets Beytna apart is its exceptional service. The staff are not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly professional, treating every guest with the utmost respect and care. From the moment you enter until the moment you leave, you're made to feel like royalty, with every need anticipated and every request fulfilled with a smile. I was particularly impressed by the way the food was served, with each dish presented in a manner that was both elegant and engaging. It's clear that the staff take great pride in their work, going above and beyond to ensure that every meal is an experience to remember. In all my time dining out, I can honestly say that I couldn't find a single flaw at Beytna. Without hesitation, I give it a perfect 10/10 rating. Beytna is an authentic Arabian culinary treasure that shines with exceptional service and quality. The atmosphere is welcoming, Bouazzo's service is impeccable and the food is simply exceptional. From traditional starters to main courses, each bite is a delight of authentic and fresh flavors. The details, the Arabic tea service, add a special touch to the experience. We came from Portugal to stay in Madrid for a weekend, just a few meters from the hotel is the Beytna restaurant. We went there for the first time because of its ease due to its proximity to the hotel. We arrived "late", almost closing time, but we were treated like celebrities. Perfect service, wonderful and totally welcoming space, calm environment that provides well-being and pleasure when interacting with the environment and everyone there, oh and the Lebanese wine (Bretèches)?!, a full-bodied wine, Iraci, who is not a wine specialist but is a great fan of Portuguese wines especially, does not understand the "details" of the wine, but ventures an opinion on Bretèches, I noticed a wine that is light on the palate but full-bodied, with a fruity note and striking aroma at the end. So in short, we loved this experience: professional and warm service, welcoming atmosphere, excellent food and this Lebanese wine?? Ahh, this one will go down in history: perfect for our taste hahaha. We will definitely come back more often. Mr Elias and his team, see you soon! Hug to everyone.
