Highly recommended!!! I took the Asian cooking course with Bianca. This consisted of 4 lessons. The lessons were all different and very interesting to follow. You will learn many different techniques and work with Asian products in a very nice, homely atmosphere. The end result was fantastic every time, both the presentation and the flavors. I really enjoyed the workshops with the passion and loving guidance of Bianca
