Staff (2 teenage looking girls) completely ignored any Covid protocols. They stayed on their phones the entire time we were there. We wore gloves to use the ice cream dispenser as directed by signage. When we went to the toppings bar they didn't even address us. There is an obvious sneeze guard so like any froyo place I asked if we needed to tell them our toppings for them to scoop. She just said to do it ourselves. How many people are putting their hands back there?? How many cross contaminated containers (think allergies)?? Not to mention how difficult it is to actually reach around. Floor was very sticky. Staff clearly couldn't care less about being there.

I was sent to Bloop from Hershey's corporate office... I had a special request for a very specific ice cream for a birthday boy and I was having lots of trouble finding it ANYWHERE. Judy from Hershey's assured me that Ryan at Bloop would take good care of me and he sure did! :) Thanks to Ryan & Bloop for saving the day and making this quarantine birthday a huge success!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Do not go to this place under any circumstance. The employees were completely unhelpful even though the signs clearly stated they were supposed to be the ones doing toppings, etc...Plus customers were using the frozen yogurt machine without gloves which were also supposed to be used. Now I know getting ice cream during a pandemic is crazy, but this place literally didn't give a shit. If I get COVID it will have been from here.
