If there would have been an option for negative rating, I would go for that. We had a table booked through Zomato gold offer from 8pm. We waited till 9 but didn’t even get the starters!! Even asking for water seemed too much, extremely slow service!! When we said we’d leave at 9 they just apologised and let us go. I’m pretty sure that our starter preparation hadn’t been started yet! Utterly disappointed with the service. Never coming back and recommending friends not to visit Service: 1

We had the most pathetic experience today with Burnt Garlic - Besides the Priya Cinema outlet . I want to highlight one issue that we had faced today , we have waited for 35-40 mins as the chef insisted to wait for some time. Afterwards he said that he won't be able to serve us any food. I want immediate escalation to be taken from the authorities end and I want disciplinary action to be taken against the chef. We had went at an around 9:05Pm Today ( 16/03/2024).
