At The Cake Story, order perfectly cooked filet américain, strawberry shortcake and sandwiches. Ordering good biscuits, red velvet cakes and blueberry cheesecakes is a nice experience here. Delicious whiskey or good bitter are among the best drinks to degust. Get your meal started with great coffee, tea or moccachino.

Restaurant is fraud,
Restaurant Ask to cancel the order with in 2 minutes of placing the order.
Then zomato say i will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
Plz dont order from them they make fool of innocent customers.

I ordered a pinata cake from them today for my 5 years old. It was just perrrrrrrfect! It not only looks amazing but also tastes superb! Absolutely yummy cake! A must try!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Zomato for The cake story and I must say, I was thoroughly disappointed. From start to finish, my encounter with them was poor. I had placed the order at 8:13 and the restaurant promised that it will deliver my order by 9, as I had to leave from home for a personal event. After multiple follow ups and zero coordination between the restaurant and the rider, I could not get the order until 9:45, which BTW was 45 min late to the promised time. I reached out to the store manager and he asked me to cancel the order when they don’t even follow the policy they built for not accepting cancellations. I then reached out to Zomato seeking a fair resolution but they made me wait for another 15min to close the support line and choosing to not provide a solution. The lack of accountability on both Zomato and the restaurant owner is a grave concern. Sadly, my experience highlights the utter disregard for customer satisfaction and professionalism within the Zomato ecosystem. There are plenty of other platforms offering better service and professional service.
