U become popular and then the quality goes down. That's what I experienced with their cakes. Previously I used to buy cakes only from them but now I'm never stepping in their shop.

The cake given to us was spoilt and tasted sour, when we went for replacing it after a talk with the owner the replacement was promised but wasn't done, as when we checked the box at home they had given us back the spoilt cake. When asked why the cake was spoilt they told us that their 3 more cakes were also spoiled. They also blamed us for the spoilt cake saying we don't have commercial fridge. All in all worst experience, customer was tricked into buying a spoilt ₹400 cake since they didn't even tell the cake was spoilt when we were buying it. Never gonna buy their cake again.
