Where did you all go?! We see that's it's closed. Is there a new location Food was soo good very flavorful and management was so kind! Definitely wanted to go back. Very disappointing to hear this place is no longer.

Didn't get to try because they're CLOSED! For Lease signs all over the window fronts but no signs indicating moving to a new location, and no information on their website. Sad day

Fun Fact: In the great state of Texas a prisoner on death row's last meal has been standardized since 2011 (Source Wikipedia). 2 lbs crawfish lime sprinkles/max spice level, would be one of my considerations. Even in the off season when the crawfish is frozen the flavors keep the crawfish popping, I know this is sacrilegious to say. There was a time I was feeling adventurous and decided to check out another crawfish joint. I came away feeling robbed. All I was thinking about was that I wish I had spent my money at Casian Crawfish. It's the perfect level of spiced up tangy goodness. I strongly think money should be invested in research for the brain signals I experienced as the dopamine rush that happens when I eat here. As you can tell this place has got me all kinds of twisted on the emotions evoked. So lets throw some jargon in there: The frozen crawfish themselves are average quality. They're frozen and it does become more apparent when the crawfish cool down and if you suck the head. But what saves you from being turned off by this is the flavor. I like my food spicy, hot, somewhat of a masochist to some. This place for the spice enthusiasts should meet your wildest expectations. I have not ventured to far from this place for my crawfish needs, but I have not found one that matches this spice level with preserving flavor. Second the lime is flavored so well and really gives that addictive quality that you need to stuff your face in that very moment. Service Impeccable. They came by to make sure everything was alright, and even threw away the exoskeleton (jargon) for you. Room to improve: The first 3 times I have been here the cold butter added another level of savoriness. This last time the butter was a bit rancid, given it was in the low season not sure how much attention was given to this. Either way hope it was just a one off. I wish the crawfish came steaming hot, it was warm. I think really serving it piping hot should be an option. Extra spice levels. Overall this hole in the wall location, an island away from the other crawfish extravaganzas is magical. It is the pot at the end of the rainbow. I think this place has an elegant homey feel. The service is perfect, and man oh man do those flavors just run together like All Blue. Sanji will probably come by in like 10 years.
