First and last time. For several reasons we will never return: 1- the barista was extremely rude when we complained about the coffee and did not offer a solution 2- we arrived and there was almost no one there and it took more than 20 minutes to bring the cakes 3- for the high price we thought it would be a generous but sweet illusion 4- the brownie came without syrup Among other reasons, I don't recommend it and we had a terrible experience. It's an absolutely delicious bakery, tasty and quality food. Attentive and efficient staff. I do not intend to return, however, as it is an animal-friendly environment. I don't consider it at all hygienic or inviting to eat with strange animals nearby, whose health and vaccination history I don't know, and subject to accidents with physiological needs. There is no point in subjecting customers to an embarrassing and vexatious situation. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

The place is nice, cozy, but you have to have time and patience, it all takes a long time... It tastes like I want more... the staff are friendly. The only downsides are: the flagship vanilla chiffon cake is always missing and it takes so long to pack the purchased items to take home... it's very messy... irritating...
