We went to dinner today, there were people and we went in, but it was a disappointment, the skewers left a lot to be desired, and the portions were quite average, the raw materials were of low quality, the attention of the staff was average, I do not recommend it. My recent visit to Costa 43 GastroBar in Santander left me extremely disappointed, and I can only give it one star. First and foremost, the food was nothing short of disgusting. The taste and quality were far below expectations, and it left a bad taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. I tried a few dishes from the menu, and none of them lived up to the standards I would expect from a restaurant. To add to the disappointment, the prices listed on the menu did not match what I was charged. I found this inconsistency frustrating and unacceptable. It's important for customers to be able to trust that the prices they see are what they will pay, and this was not the case at Costa 43 GastroBar. Communication with the staff was another major issue. It was almost impossible to have a conversation with any of the staff members due to a significant language barrier. It made the dining experience uncomfortable and unenjoyable. It's essential for any restaurant to have at least some staff members who can communicate with guests, especially in a tourist destination like Santander. In conclusion, I can't recommend Costa 43 GastroBar based on my experience. The disgusting food, discrepancies in pricing, and the inability to communicate with the staff due to the language barrier make this dining establishment one to avoid.
