We were a group of 5 people eating for the first time since it is very famous and we wanted to try it. The service is very attentive and pleasant, but the atmosphere is very average. The place is not cozy or pleasant, and the menu was quite disappointing. There was no dish that was not bad, the problem is that there was none that was really good or tasty. Instead of using seasonal products or more conventional ingredients so to speak, they seemed more like products made in a laboratory, and that's how it seems to be. Many experiments, many fermented ones, which I'm not saying has its merit due to the production techniques they use, but I don't think the result is worth it. We really didn't like anything we tried. It's not worth it from my point of view with all the good restaurants in Madrid. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

2 stars well deserved. An experience to see how well they work to produce these wonderful dishes. We ordered the menu of 18 and I was satisfied with the quantity and with some crazy-tasting dishes. Especially the fermented sea bass that tastes so brutal. Thank you very much for the surprise cake to Diego and his team. Some big ones. Zorionak for work. DStage is another modern kitchen concept with 2 Michelin stars. The atmosphere, elegant yet 'casual', the food and the service are exceptional. Your chef, Diego, close and accessible. We tried the 15-dish tasting menu and each one is presented with its corresponding explanation. The content of some of their dishes will surprise your palate because it is nothing as it seems.
