We have a seating rule of "everyone in the party must arrive to be seated" and if the restaurant is busy then a 1 Hour 30 minute seating per party is observed. I think there was a miscommunication or misunderstanding with our server yesterday so I apologize. Our server just wanted to let you know that if the restaurant gets busy then we might have a table setting limit, just in case. Later on, since it wasn't busy, the other server might have said that we don't need to do our table seating time limit now. Since I wasn't there personally I might not know all the details but I apologize for the misunderstanding and hope you can understand our rules for the restaurant. We are a small restaurant with limited seats and waiting space, we try our best to keep the same seating rules for our restaurant. We require everyone to be present to be seated for dine in customers and to go customers have to wait outside. Hopefully you are able to understand our restaurant rules. We pride ourselves for serving fresh ingredients and keeping to food safety standards. We've received no food poisoning reviews or complaints recently but we are sorry to hear about your bad food poisoning experience at our restaurant. It would have been helpful if this was addressed immediately so we can let our kitchen team know that day.
