I thought the concept was cool, the atmosphere was cool. I went on 3 occasions. Each of them has some points to talk about. The menu, dishes and service were disappointing. As for the menu, there is a lack of vegetarian options (nowadays, more than essential), in addition, I felt deceived when ordering a kids combo for my daughter, as it serves a tiny snack with potatoes and juice, whereas if I had ordered the items separately with a normal-sized snack, you would pay less. My husband ordered a chicken parmigiana, it came with meat, they changed it, but they didn't give a damn, saying it was chicken. The risotto seems to be made with yesterday's rice, nor is the rice used for it. I think if a place starts making paste it has to make quality paste. The snacks were approved by those who ate, but I didn't eat them because there was nothing vegetarian. As for the service, they have a system where you place an order online using a digital menu. But then they forget that there are customers there. We stayed upstairs and the waiter only came up to deliver the food. Then when we needed it we had to shout downstairs for someone to come up. They forgot the juice, we had to scream, it was meat not chicken, we had to scream. They didn't come up to clean the table or check if everything was ok with the order. I complained when paying and they just ignored it. Anyway, good idea and environment, but if they don't improve some of these points, I don't think it will go ahead. Recipe for disappointment, the place is beautiful and well set up, but everything starts to fall apart with your order. They clearly give preference to delivery, they do not value the salon which is the last priority, errors and absences are frequent. I had already decided never to go back, I decided to give it another chance, it was even worse, they delivered my order to another table and then there was no more bread to put together my order. I'm sorry to leave this review, but after returning a snack to the kitchen and no one coming to ask what happened, trying to understand and help the situation, it was clear that no one there would care, that's why I write here.
