Went 3 times. First time....Showed up for their special at 6:00.... they said they were out.... how do you advertise a special and not have it??? Strike 1. Second time...service was bad and took forever, and it's not like we ordered anything out of the norm. Strike 2. Third time we sat at our table for almost 20 minutes... no one ever waited on us. Other tables were looking around looking for refills... very poor service. We got up and walked out making eye contact with every employee. Not 1 person said a word. Walked out shaking our heads. Strike 3. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Very mediocre! Had a late dinner at Duval Street in Cape Coral. When I called to ask how late they served dinner I was told that they closed at 10 and the kitchen closed at 9:30pm. They failed to mention that at a certain point they change to a bar menu only so when I arrived at 9pm the whole menus was not available. Selections were limited to appetizers, burgers and tacos. Disappointed with the limited options I asked the waiter what he preferred, the burger or the tacos? He said the burger by far so that is what I ordered. Billed as a blend of brisket, short rib and chuck I was getting excited for a good burger. Unfortunately the burger was very mediocre. Didn't have a great beef taste and it was on the smaller side, about a 6 oz patty in my estimation. The fries it came with were average. If this was way better than the tacos I would suggest avoiding their Taco Tuesday special. My friend got the shrimp and grits, which were a decent size for appetizer portion. The grits were tasty with a garlicky sauce. The highlight of a mediocre meal. For dessert we were disappointed to hear that they were out of the frozen key lime pie on a stick, a Florida treat that is not so easy to find on the gulf coast (go to Sweet Melissa's in Bonita for it). We ordered two slices of the Key Lime Pie as the server said they were small slices. They were indeed small but as a key lime lover I was excited to try it. The pie was nice and tart but nothing special. The crust was a sugar cookie crust as opposed to a graham cracker crust. That was a let down. Each slice also had a different sauce decorating the plate. Mine was a Carmel sauce which was ok but didn't add anything to the dish. My friends had a chocolate sauce which was terrible. The restaurant has a nice outdoor bar patio and seating on the street level if you don't want to sit inside due to covid. However the musical entertainment outside was just too loud tainting the whole experience. All in all, go somewhere else.
