Food served by them is really good.. but the service is pathetic.. they are very slow at serving food.. a particular waiter assigned to our table had no knowledge of how to treat a customer.. wen asked fr ice.. manager came n told they dnt have ice.. equinox being bar and restaurant.. manager didn't even say sorry that they can't fulfill the need of the customer.. There was a huge lizard walking on the floor, which waiters shooed away after we saw it.. it was my 2nd visit.. n i dnt really wish to go to this place ever again.. After 2 yrs.. still same.. food is good.. service is pathetic..
