Haitham and Fiona created a beautiful haven for beautiful fresh food, service and a clean atmosphere. It's unfortunate we found out they were unable to pull through the pandemic. Much more unfortunate to order since then for garbage at the same price. No chefs working, lower standards than a food court. Pita was light and freshly baked on a hot stone now it is bought in and microwaved until it's rubber and hard. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Everything about our experience at Aleph Eatery was exceptional, lovely ambience, warm, friendly, efficient staff and service and the food was seriously outstanding! The food is fresh, full of vibrant flavours and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend for vegans and no vegans alike, Aleph will be on my must go to whenever in Vancouver!
