We had a 3 day stay before Easter 2024 and my wife woke up with several bites on her neck. This hotel has poor cleanliness. For longer stays, the rooms are only cleaned/washed every 3 days. We had rooms without windows that could be opened.

During christmas 2017 I stayed at First Hotel G one night and I had a good time. I decided to stay there again with my husband during this christmas 2018. We checked in around 10 pm after a long and tedious trip, went up to our room on the 5th floor and fell asleep quite quickly. Around midnight I woke up by hearing my husband screaming 'no, no'. At first I thought he was dreaming and I tried to calm him down, but then I heard what he was hearing. Someone at our door. We both screamed no and No and no, but to no avail. A man walks in to our room and comes all the way up to our bed before he turns around and gets out of the room. Even though we were both screaming in really high pitched voices. My husband got up after the man to get him out of the room but I screamed at him not to open the door because I was very afraid. We stayed in our room a while more because I didn't want to open our door. I was too afraid and I was shaking. After a while we went down to the receptionist who changed our room to another one on the same floor. She said there might have been a mistake in the system. The following day after not being able to sleap due to still being f**** scared and shocked we talked to another staff member who promised to call the manager who was away on holiday. At night we were met by a very unfriendly receptionist who tried to make me feel like I was crazy, instead of being professional and helpful. She told us they will check the lock on the 27th (we stayed there the 22nd - 26th) when the guy who knows how to check locks arrive. Before we left we talked to yet another staff member and she took notes on everything that happened and informed that they will be in contact on the 27th. No one could explain what had happened and said they had made no mistakes which made the whole situation worse as the only way some one could have entered our room then would have been a thief etc - if the staff members hadn't made a mistake that is. An this got me feeling even more scared. On the 31th of December I got an email from a staff member where she once again asked questions about that night. We answered all her questions and on the 1th of January I got an email stating that her manager will contact me - today it's the 9th of January and I still haven't received an email. I find this highly unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. For the 3 nights I slept there I couldn't sleep because of being afraid and chocked. And not being taken seriously from some of the staff, saying that what happened couldn't have happened - made the horrible experience even worse
