FATE Brewing Company has delicious food cooked to perfection, offered in a welcoming, open atmosphere. The restaurant was packed, but we were seated very quickly. I recently moved back from France, and I was amazed at how much space you have and how comfortable the seats were. The waitress arrived right away and asked us about drinks to start. FATE Brewing Company has a selection of 30 of their own brews, plus many additional choices. It took a while for us to decide, and the waitress was very patient. We had a chance to talk to Matt, the manager, who really knows his beer! I ordered a Sudice, which is a slightly bitter American-style stout. As I wrote, Fate has something for everyone, including many non-alcoholic drinks for the driver. Service took a while, because there were two large groups there ahead of us. Fate actually has a great setup for hosting team lunches or dinners. The food arrived, all hot (except the salad, of course). I ordered a well-done Pit Boss Burger without cheese (see photo), and it arrived as I requested without cheese and well-done. I honestly never would have thought of putting ham on a hamburger (in addition to the beef & bacon), but it's amazing. The FATE BBQ sauce is also amazing. It's sweet and tangy, and it tastes so good I could drink it (but I didn't). I had crispy, tender French fries with my meal, which also taste great dipped in the BBQ sauce. The prices were reasonable considering the quality of the food & beer. FATE Brewing Company has great beer, but I really think you should go for the food. The food is tasty, innovative, and prepared with attention to detail. I recommend FATE Brewing Company. NOTE: I ordered the Pit Boss Burger (beef patty, smoked cheddar, spiced honey-glazed bacon, house-smoked ham, caramelized onion, FATE BBQ sauce on a potato bun), French fries, and a Sudice beer (American-style stout).
