I ordered 2 burger combos and they delivered only one. Mistakes happen. But the way you respond to the issue is very important when it comes to customer satisfaction. I have tried contacting the restaurant for the last 20 minutes and they don’t even bother replying to the complaint. This will be the last time I order from this restaurant just because of their irresponsible staff and their poor customer service. Its not always about the refund.
