This restaurant never disappoints. Stellar service, not a single aspect of our experience was less than perfect. The food was absolutely amazing as always, and again, the service beyond reproach. What a perfect evening for our 27th anniversary celebration. The salad bar is full of delicious choices, everything from wedge salads and fresh cheeses to crispy bacon and fresh seasoned asparagus. As usual the salad bar is too beautiful to pass up, and even though I tell myself every time that I am going to skip it to assure myself room for my favorites from the gauchos, I fall victim to the sheer eye candy of it all. To be honest, I could eat just 3 things there and be completely satisfied. The beef rib, the grilled pineapple, and the mozzarella drizzled with honey, those 3 things are my trifecta, and what I aim to end my meal with. If you have not had the opportunity to treat your taste buds to these 3 items, I strongly encourage you trust me and ask for extras when they come around. Enjoy !

Wasn't out first time but is always a great place for a fancy date night. Call and make reservations just to be safe and go hungry, you'll thank me. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great food, service and atmosphere. This is a great place to eat. Gauchos Do Sul is a little pricey but it's worth it. Only compliant is that the deserts we took home were really small. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Tres Leches Cake, Grilled Pineapple, Grilled Shrimp, Gourmet Salad Bar
