I went to Gemini twice, in one of them my wife and I ate the pasta from the “pasta festival” on Wednesday, I really liked my carbonara, but then my wife asked for a second one because the flavor was different and it wasn't as good as the first one , showing the lack of standardization of the dish. Yesterday we went again and I ate the dried meat escondidinho which was good, well seasoned, but the salmon tartare that my wife ordered was horrible, the salmon wasn't fresh and they added lemon to cover it up, soggy toast, they remade the dish and it still had a lot of flaws, edible this time at least, but the toast remained soggy.
