После прогулки у Million Dollar Theater вы можете заглянуть в Bombo неподалёку. Стоит посетить это место, чтобы попробовать вкусно приготовленную тушеную рыбу, салат с курицей и жареного цыплёнка. This was the worse food I have had in a very long time. I was torn between ordering the "Seattle Fish Stew!" and the "Clam Chowder", so my friend ordered the clam chowder and I order the fish stew, this stuff should not be even classified as food. It was awful. My friend who I pleased with to go to the grand central market in the first place, did not even eat her clam chowder. I did not want to eat my fish stew, but I was embarrassed not too, so I ate as much of it as I could, and pay for the nasty food. The best thing was the young ladies waiting on us was so nice and kind, she did not charge us for the clam chowder, so we gave her a nice tip. I should have known that this was not a good place because there was no one at this booth when so many others food booth had long lines. The girl at the bakery behind this restaurant said they had good seafood soup. She lied. I was looking for a good fish soup that I had many years ago at the Grand Central Market. I was so nauseated, I could not wait to get home to hopefully throw up this stuff stuck in my throat and stomach. The next incident I want to complain about is the girl told me that they did not have any lobster because they were waiting for their shipment. Again, I don't think they ever had a shipment problem, but a nasty food problem. I asked how can you have a seafood menu with no lobster that is on the menu. All I can say is save yourself time and money. Their food booth will continue to stay empty.

The steamed fish grain bowl is my jam at Bombo. I've been a fan since day one, and stayed a fan throughout the evolution and reinventions along the way. There's lots to love here, though I'm here to tell you today about the steamed fish grain bowl. Depending on when you order it the fish might be "of the day" or it may be salmon. No matter the catch, you're in for a treat. Start with brown rice, maybe a dash of flax seed in there as well. Top with seaweed, shiitake mushrooms, cabbage, pickled onions, a dash of spicy peppers, and a steaming umami packed kombu broth drenching it all on top. Cold day or hot day, this dish will warm your belly, your heart, your soul.

Mark Peel birthed yet another restaurant failure. Now he is serving the same slop, just masquerading it with a new name: "Prawn". Here is my original review for "Bombo", now known as "Prawn": Not The Bomb! The absence of a line should have alerted me. Virtually every other vendor in the Market was packed, but not Bombo. Its prolly because their Seattle seafood stew is such an expensive yet watered down excuse for a meal, nobody wants to eat here. The broth was weak and underwhelming, and the seafood was sparse and fishy. It was populated by 4 farm-raised frozen shrimp and some weirdly rubbery mussels. This place f-bombed and will not be in business much longer.
