Closed permenantly. Office now for rent. Owner did not respond back to my email on how to do online order or future store visits. Thanks for the reply

TO THE OWNERS OF HK BREWCRAFTMy wife and I were at your shop yesterday afternoon. We walked in, were greeted by a woman working alone in the store who then walked away without offering any assistance.A few minutes later, a German couple walked in. The woman working the shop proceeded to ask them if they needed help.It's fine that she totally ignored us.We looked through the shop, trying to find the beers we wanted to bring to our friends'home home for dinner. Meanwhile, the woman working the shop helped the couple who came in after us.The woman working the shop popped open fridge doors right in my wife's face.That's fine that she did not say 'excuse me', behaving as if we were not there.That's fine when my wife accidentally knocked over a beer, and the woman said something in Cantonese to my Korean wife then just walked awayggIt was also fine, when the woman working the shop rang up the 6-7 beers she helped the German couple with.Fine, that she spent 10 mins chatting with one of the couple who was explain he was from Bayern and the beers they have thereFine she continued to ig pre that we were waiting patiently to have the beers we selected rung up.Fine while we waiting five more minutes after boxing the Bavarians' beer, and trying to.stuff it in a poetic bag clearly too small to hold the box.It was also fine when my wife and I were tired of being completely ignored, waiting 15 mins, and not getting even an apology for her chatting up the Bavarian while his female companion was there, or even request to be patient.So, I am sure it's fine we left these 9 bottles & cans on the table, 1 foot from your negligent employee:4-Freshly squeezed,4-Moonzen and1-Yardley Bros beerWalked out, and plan to share this fine example of terrible service from your employee on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter in the next 48 hrs.Stephen KoHK, 15 Jun 2019Twitter: @kostep01
