We had the burgers and they were poor quality and overcooked. Also the waitress at the door was unfriendly, and it made me feel uncomfortable when I arrived or asked for anything. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The steak was so juicy and tender. It doesn't look like a massive amount but it went a very long way. I was absolutely stuffed! I thought everything was cooked extremely well. The chips light fluffy and crispy. The steak a gorgeous medium rare. The desserts were beautiful. I had a raspberry and white chocolate frangipane tart, the sweet pastry had a nice even golden colour and was extremely delicious. The raspberry and white chocolate were a match made in heaven, they had a lovely balance of flavour, and the apple crumble was gorgeous, hearty and homely. The server was so sweet and lovely, helpful and patient! I didnt get her name, but thank you!! Overall, a wonderful meal to celebrate my 30th birthday, really enjoyed it and will recommend to friends. Whilst the afternoon tea was lovely, the service was really poor. We had to wait 50 minutes for our afternoon tea. Nobody came near us. People who arrived after us were served before us and I had to go and ask when we would receive our afternoon tea. Also, when booking, it was meant to be in The Terrace in the Grosvenor, not in Bovine meats. This was a special treat for my mum and we were sadly disappointed at the service and atmosphere due to the points raised above.
