I don't even know where to start. I don't write reviews but this is the highlight! Pure dung, be it rooms, staff or food. In the rooms, cold, stench, mustiness, mold, damaged property (torn curtain on the window, broken shelves in the closet, blood spots on torn sheets, damaged radiator on which the wheels were bent, which they later made us pay for 50 euros, and I remind you that we they had nothing to do with this! in the bathroom, the toilet didn't even flush, there wasn't even a curtain on the shower and the key was missing in the door, you can say goodbye to hot water, water that flowed with a current that I can compare to a crying person, dirty carpets, musty cupboards without shelves. ..) there is water and mold in the bathroom, bugs and spiders, cobwebs in the room. I'm not even going to comment on the food, for breakfast there were "Swedish tables" with nothing on them, and when I asked the staff if they would supply the food we were entitled to, she turned me around between the tables saying that I would not refill the food) "staff" disgusting, unwilling, downright TOXIC! this quasi-staff - a maid who was at the same time a porter, housekeeper, barmaid and "leader" in this accommodation facility - was so unwilling that when the request came that we could have sugar in the tea, she was so unwilling that we didn't even get this sugar and when we on the third day, they appealed to us to ask for some sugar, so they poured some sugar into our bowl as if for a dog, which they then took from us anyway. When we're talking about the dog, a big one named Nina kept walking and lying there during breakfast, lunch and dinner - that wouldn't be a problem for me, but it's about hygiene and decency - you're having dinner and a big smelly dog is lying under your feet... The food portions were at the level of a school lunch, which you ate in two mouthfuls. Let's not even go on because there is so much here that I could write the bible of the old and the new law..... pure disaster, scandal and trauma - definitely DO NOT come here and don't even think about the fact that there is a Primula hostel at the end of Zuberec.. .

Hotel Primula sme navštívili 2 krát. (rok 2015 a 2018)Takže Hotel Primula má socialistický interiér a veru by si zaslúžil rekonštrukciu. Hotel a vybavenie už má svoje roky a sú opotrebené.Človek by k nemu mal pristupovať ako k turistickej ubytovni. Nečakajte Wellnes a podobné luxusné veci.Ak idete na túry do Západných Tatier a hľadáte lacné ubytovanie, tak je to skvelá voľba.Hotel má skvelú polohu na začiatok túr po Roháčoch.Personál bol extrémne milý, ústretový a jedlo bolo dobré.Nebudete síce roky spomínať na to, čo ste jedli, avšak jedlo bolo vždy chutné a bola to skôr domáca kuchyňa.Polpenzia bola skvelá voľba. Všetci sme boli spokojní.Pomer cena / výkon je skutočne dobrý a môžem to s čistým svedomím odporúčať ďalej, ak sa chystáte na turistický víkend a nehľadáte Luxus.Hotel má vlastné parkovisko.Extra Bonus :Keď sme vyrážali na túru skoro ráno, ešte pred raňajkami, tak nám personál kuchyne nachystal balíčky s jedlom a čaj do termosiek. To sa už často nevidí.Upozornenie :Túry v Roháčoch sú namáhavé a nebezpečné a tak sa isto zapíšte do knihy túr.
