Our buffet offer consists of several elements, most of the dishes are served to themselves by our guests in unlimited quantities. Our oven selection is presented in a refrigerated display case, from which, according to the Guest's choice, -with some professional help if necessary- our chef collects our semi-finished dishes in a pan, which we put directly into our wood-burning oven, and bake them until they are freshly crispy and irresistibly delicious. There is no part of the counter for dirty dishes designed to place dirty plates, our buffet counter only contains food, which cannot be mixed with dirty dishes, our serving colleagues take them from our guests' tables and take them to the sink.
