I found this special restaurant because my wife likes Beef Wellington. Our appetite and food likes and dislikes are known in advance when we make a reservation. We reserved "Meal A" for $1380 for one to two people* •KUROBUTA Porkloin Dry-aged •Mini Beef/LambWellington*** •Roasted Chicken/Quail** •Salads, soups and desserts The decoration of the restaurant is neat and tidy, with a bit of style. There are only 4 tables in sight, and I am not sure if there will be other seats. -The salad is delicious and the tomatoes come in several colors. -Mushroom soup is made from 100% cooked mushrooms, making it more fragrant and smooth. -KUROBUTA Porkloin Dry-aged and Lamb Wellington are placed on a plate. The presentation is very beautiful. The vegetables and potatoes you see are carefully prepared and delicious. However, based on the taste balance of the whole plate, the potatoes that night are relatively bland, while the dishes are very tasty. On the contrary, it was a bit too thick, and if we ate the vegetables first that night, the potatoes would be overshadowed. KUROBUTA Porkloin is good but not tender and meaty. The Lamb Wellington is very good because the ingredients are well adjusted. Even if you arrive early, you won’t get anything to eat! I had a birthday dinner in 2019 and was deeply impressed. Every food was selected and cooked to a high standard. The proprietress will always explain every aspect of food and even drinks with you attentively. Mushroom soup, one word smooth! Without cream at all, it is smoother than with cream. Three different kinds of mushrooms are used, French onions are added, and they are sautéed and then cooked. The soup is very sweet. This bowl is also the strongest mushroom soup I have ever tasted, bar none. The Beef Wellington is truly the best I have ever tasted, bar none. There is a layer of Parma Ham inside the pastry, and there is another layer of chopped mushrooms inside, and then it is tied to the steak first. It has four layers, which is different from others. It’s so rare to visit Yuen Long once, it’s been 4 years since I last saw him, and there are many differences and fewer small shops. It’s my second time to eat at JaseLab Cookery and they kept their high standard. I definitely recommend this place for celebrations or any date night for couple or family. The Chef Jason and host Karen are super nice and friendly. They are very detail oriented and customise servoce to the best. It the perfect place for steaks lovers and anyone who is looking for quality western food with their own twist and passion. Plz Plz support our local business and show love to HongKonger. I am a real customer from this restaurant and not a 打手
