Your washes are no longer unlimited. You need to change the advertisements to daily washes for $xx.xx or change the policy back to unlimited immediately. One a day is NOT unlimited. Years long customer and was told to "just cancel it" if I'm not satisfied with the new policy. Way to be great.

As a frequent customer at your new location on Farwell it kind of shocked me to see the couple bad reviews for this location. I shopped there when it was still lake bluff and not because of the cleanliness or great prices but because it was convenient for me to stop at. Since you guys have taken over and made a change in employees I have noticed some changes for the better. Before I would never use there bathrooms as they were disgusting the few times I used them but now they were clean when I gave it another chance. The jetz fresh is probably my favorite add on as now I no longer have to make another stop for lunch. It was sad to see Bill go but the new management team seem extremely friendly and are doing a great job making sure everyone is happy when they leave. I don't see the bad that these other reviews are saying. You guys are doing an awesome job improving the store and can't wait for the rest. Oh and the aroma of coffee when you walk through the door just shows Me that your cashiers are keeping up with the fresh in jetz fresh. This truly is a great store and I will be waiting for my rewards tag when the transfer is final. Thank you for being the best gas station around.

I love my job, I've been employed with Jetz over 9 years now, This company has seen me threw a lot of what I consider life, and stood by me, walked threw things with me and given me grace along the way. I take pride in what I do, say and present to our customers, from what you see when you walk in the door, to what you buy, to how I handle my customers. We aren't just a name we are a community who gives back to the community. You want to know what Jetz is really like come see one of our 4 stores, walk in say hi, look around ask us questions.
