The walk with a view of Shitila Devi Temple is what you can expect after dining at this restaurant. Chinese and Indian food is worth a try here. Food delivery is a big plus of Kerala Cafe. Good roasted chicken, fish curry and chicken biryani might be what you need. At this place guests can delve deep into delicious meals, and try tasty payasam, coconut ice cream and custard dessert. When visiting this place, it's a must to try delicious coffee, juice or lemonade.

The attentive staff welcomes visitors all year round. This spot is notable for its spectacular service. Here you will pay reasonable prices. At this restaurant, people can enjoy the lovely atmosphere and fine decor. But google users rated Kerala Cafe and it didn't get a high rating.

Very rarely I give a 5 star the food is authentic Kerala style you must try their chicken with coconut milk fry starter and chicken Mapasa. Amazing taste and amazing ambience, service is also fast. Portion size is less but it’s manageable Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Appam, Sadhya Veg Meals

Being a mallu from Mumbai our taste buds always crave for authentic mallu delicacies. And that's how I made a landing in Kerala Cafe at Thane. :) The ambience was good so i was pretty sure even the dining experience would be good enough. But as the saying goes never judge a book by it's cover i was too early to assume and believe the food served would be authentic or at least believed that even if it's not going to be a finger licking experience still it might satiate my cravings. I went along with my friends ( all mallus ) we ordered Rasam, Paneer Kerala chilly fry, veg Malabar curry, chicken coconut milk fry, chicken pepper masala curry, parotta both wheat and normal one, Thalassery biryani and finally our mandatory Keralyiar desert Palada paysam. Rasam - It was suppose to be pepper rasam but we felt it was hing rasam and watery Panner Kerala chilly - this was decent and edible but anywayz this doesn't come under authentic kerala recipe ;) Chicken coconut milk fry - kinda okay and edible but definitely not worth the price. Veg Malabar curry - I just felt we had normal veg curry or veg handi that we get in all restaurants and to make it feel like Kerala cuisine they added a tadka with curry leaves i couldn't sense anything special to define it as Malabar curry. Chicken Pepper masala curry - Neh this one doesn't feel at all a Kerala style chicken pepper masala curry ( assuming if it was supposed to be like a Kerala style preps i am putting in bracket because the recipe name doesn't mention Kerala and if it was not supposed to be like a Kerala recipe still it didn't meet the normal standard chicken pepper masala curry ) Parotta - Normal parotta is fine but considering our yardstick to measure Kerala parotta it doesn't meet the standard but i wont recommend trying wheat parotta Thalassery chicken Biryani - Please rename it, this shouldn't be prefixed with Thalassery. It didn't have the fragrance, no salt and very less masala. This one's not even near to the authentic Thalassery Chicken biryani. Palada paysam - Texture was good, considering our fondness for palada paysam I felt the sweetness wasn't up to the mark. Ambience, music or sound while dining and visual experience especially the wall paintings and photo frames were quite good enough. So it was more of a non fulfillment experience for my taste buds and my expectation of having an authentic Keraliyar food :( Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
