They have a sign on the door: GLUTEN FREE. I walked through town to go to this ice cream parlor to have an ice cream since the gluten-free sign for celiacs is as if we were seeing God. I arrived and the girl was serving other people in front of me. On the door there is a list with ice cream and allergens. I see that the girl mixes the scoop with the ice cream without cleaning it or anything, so I ask her how they handle the gluten issue. She answers that yes, they have gluten-free ice cream and I tell her now but there is contamination everywhere you look and she answers that yes, she is not responsible. My question is if you can't control it, don't have a sign calling for people with celiac disease because it's obvious that we can't eat anything there. What a big disappointment.

Toñi, thank you very much for your attention and tasting before making a decision. All the ice creams look excellent, and the ones you've given me to try are perfect for snacking on every afternoon and two at a time. Amarena ice cream, black choco, pink grapefruit and Sicilian pistachio.....a blessing!!! A 100% sweet afternoon. Thanks Toni.
