Hi Shane, Thank you for your review, unfortunately we could not provide you with your meal in a timelier manner, and for that I apologise. Yes, we were understaffed we have staff shortages that most business in Australia are experiencing due to Covid & Flu illnesses, we had to close our Bistro early last night resulting from staff shortages. I have spoken to our chef and yes, we were understaffed, and they worked tirelessly to provide 75 orders most ordered very closely to one another. We did not have Scotch fillet on the menu it was Sirloin. Our team do work hard at providing excellence in service and product and it is sometimes difficult dealing with staff shortages, I can assure you that that the chef in charge of your service last night is passionate about the quality and prompt service of his meals, he worked to the best of his ability under trying circumstances and for that I thank him.
