I always mobile order so there's no way anyone can get confused. As per the usual, this Pemberton location actually makes a cheaper pizza for you instead of what you ordered.Receipt shows:(1) Large Pretzel Hot n Ready Pepperoni(2) Large Thin Crust EMB(extra most bestest, double cheese and double pepperoni)(1) Large Stuffed Crust EMBWhat they decided to make was:(1) Large hot n ready pepperoni(2) Large thin crust hot n ready pepperoni(1) Medium Stuffed Crust PepperoniThis is becoming the norm with them, so I've reported them to corporate and an investigation has started.The only location that is dead accurate and timely with all orders is the Clay Street location.

They have NOTHING hot & ready. Everything is a wait. Kinda defeats the purpose of coming here. I could go to any pizza place and wait for them to cook it.

I recent went to Little Caesars Pizza on Pemberton Avenue In Vicksburg, MS. I was appalled by the behavior of the staff and by the lack of customer service. There were only two employees in the business during peak hours. There were no Hot and Ready pizzas. No one greeted us when we entered the store nor asked if she could help us. One employee was preparing food; the other approached the cash register, opened the register and removed money from the register. She took our order, and I questioned the amount due. She turned her head away and dramatically put her head on her hand. After a few moments, she turned to look at me and said, “Are you ready yet?” She never explained the charges. I was so shocked I just inserted my card and paid. I was in Vicksburg visiting family and stopped in to get dinner for my grandchildren. Had they not wanted the pizza, I would have canceled that order and spent my money in another place.
