This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! The food is very bland and oily. The customer service is awful! I read the reviews and it was very positive but when I actually experience it, it was horrible. Food was also over priced! We asked for 1 Chinese herbal soup and they added 3! We told them and they were acting very rude and when they give us the money back, they didn’t return the full sum. Do not get lost in good reviews! Do not recommend at all! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1

Quite disappointed by Liu lin. It is a fast food place with Sablon restaurant prices. This place is far away from being a gem... If your table if close enough to the kitchen you can see that pretty much nothing is made in house, every food item was coming from commercial frozen bags. The only utensils used in the kitchen were scissors used to cut the bags of frozen food that were afterwards being deep fried. Also, the rice bowl was tasteless, cold and had some combinations of vegetables that do not go well together, no matter how much you try. In terms of cleanliness, the tables were dirty and sticky. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €40–50 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Crispy Wontons, Liu's Wontons and Liu's Coconut Curry, Prawn Tempura, Vegan Rice Bowl, Roll

However, we only use fresh vegetables (not frozen!) and have no microwave in the kitchen which is exceptional for our type …Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Liu Lin is a street food concept, so it is more of a fast dining. However, we only use fresh vegetables (not frozen!) and have no microwave in the kitchen which is exceptional for our type of restaurant. We can not prepare each and every dish on the spot (à la minute), so we cook a lot during the mise en place and freeze items such as the prawn tempura and wontons. Please notice that we have lots of Chinese chef knives to cut our veggies/ingredients and lots of wok pans to prepare our food during service. You might have gotten a wrong perspective just having a look in the kitchen during a certain moment of service. You are always welcome to talk to us for more clarity. Last but not least, prices are not something we can control easily, thanks to the various reasons related to the economy. More
