Ordered from their menu :
? Akuri
Akuri is a traditional Parsi style scrambled eggs. The dish is served with loaves of bread, it has semi-gravy like texture, so either you can lather it on the bread or you can take bites of the bread and have some Akuri.
? Meher's Special Cutlets
This is named after the owner Mrs. Meher Hansotia. It is chicken cutlet but not with a chicken fillet but Chicken Bharta inside and a Kabiraji-esque coating on the outside.
? Patra Ni Macchi (Bhetki)
The appearance of this dish is exactly like our Bhetki Paturi but once you open the Kolapata covering, you'll see a different dressing and marination. It has a strong flavour of coriander and garlic and the quality of the fish enhances the taste of the dish.
? Salli Chicken
This is one of the Parsi dishes that is prepared in any festive occasion. It is served with loaves of bread. The unique thing is the dish is topped with the goodness of 'Aloobhaja', which is known as Salli in Parsi language, hence the name of the dish.
? Mutton Dhansak
This is a dish that has the meat base as mutton and the dish is prepared with 3 types of pulses. You have to eat this dish in a certain way, that will be guided by Mr. and Mrs. Hansotia.
? Lagan Nu Custard
This dish has the goodness of milk and kaju in it. The balance of sweetness makes this dish a must try after a grand meal.

? The easiest route is to exit from Chandni Chowk Metro Station (Gate No. 2) and it is 5 mins walk from there.
? This Dharamshala is actually over 100 years old, built in 1909 by the friends and family in the memory of the Late Mr. Manackjee Rustomjee.
? If you want to visit them, call them a day prior your day of visit to book a table and also let them know the head count too.
? This eatery is managed by Mr. Dara and Mrs. Meher Hansotia. They came from Mumbai in 2013 and they started this diner. One of the best things that I experienced here is their hospitality. They treated us like their own children and the warmth with which they hosted us was beyond words. They were so sweet and kind to have a chat with us regarding how to eat the dishes and about the history of this place. Their hospitality makes the food even more delicious.
? Prince, their dog, is 3 years old. He is always guarding the dining room. You can pat him, play with him, take pictures with him, he doesn't mind and he is such a good companion to spend some time with.
? I have attached the menu in the pictures, so please check it out.
? They are not on Swiggy or Zomato.
? Cash and Gpay is accepted here.
? All in all, it was a fabulous experience to spend some time with them and enjoying their home cooked meal and the way the hosted us cannot be summed up by mere words, you have to visit and experience that. Will be visiting sometime soon, again !

Trying Parsi cuisine for the first time was really somewhat of an experience with the warm hospitality of Mr. and Mrs. Hansotia.. This Meher caterers is a Parsi Dharmashaala located just opposite the Bow Barracks. If you need a parking just call Mr. Hansotia when you reach there.
We booked one day in advance for the menu we wanted to order over the phone ( which is a pre requisite)which included chicken cutlet, Patrani machhi as starter and Salli Chicken and Mutton dhansak as main course and Lagan nu custard as dessert.
I personally liked most among these were cutlet , patrani macchi and salli chicken. Cutlet and fish comes one piece in one plate. Mutton dhansak, a combo dish tasted good but mutton portions were too less in it( only two tiny pieces of mutton). The custard was tasty but since I’m not much of a sweet lover would have liked it a little less sweet. Focusing on pocket pinch it was quite affordable.
Overall had a lovely time with good food with Meher Madam and Hansotia Sir..!
