I need to share my worst experience I experience in this out let here I need to wait for more than 45mins for 5 piece chicken Bucket. This was my first time experience from any restaurant serving fried chicken. Because it a trusted brand like Mcdonalds I will like to bring to your attention So that no other customers will suffer this kind of services. Pls train your staff about the value of time. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Service: 1 Recommended dishes: Fried Chicken

Used the self checkout around 945pm, but the payment terminal was not working, ended up choosing the option to pay at the counter for my order. After doing so and getting the order number confirmed by the cashier, we proceed to sit down. And a few minutes later the number is called by the kitchen staff, and we can see the number shown as ready to serve. When I go to get my order they look around and ask me to wait for another 2-3 minutes. I go back after 5 mins to ask and this time a manager is there and he says he will check. I point out that this has been "ready" for atleast 5 minutes. After another 5 minutes I finally get my order. He said it's a technical glitch. I had stood there for a bit and observed the process, there was only 1 person in the kitchen I could see, and they were clearing all the orders to improve their metrics from being in red. Orders were cleared manually before it was ready. That was the "technical glitch", which I called him out on. Please dont take customers for fools, I understand you are short staffed and need more time, just be upfront about it rather than try to hoodwink your customers having them come to the counter multiple times when it's clearly not ready. During my visit, I encountered arrogant behavior from the staff, including the manager named Pooja. I found the service to be extremely slow, with no response from the staff at the counter for over 30 minutes while attempting to place my order. This experience has left me dissatisfied and frustrated, as it significantly impacted my time and overall impression of the McDonald's brand. As a loyal customer, I believe it is important to bring such instances to your attention in the hope that necessary improvements can be made. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and would like to see corrective actions taken to enhance the customer service standards at the mentioned location.
