We ordered the Happy meal because on the screens behind the counter they announced that the Happy Meal gift was the Dobble game. Our surprise when we opened the box was that there was a kind of little book with puzzles that had nothing to do with Dobble... We asked the girl who was serving and she told us "that they had sold out right away." If you do not have what is advertised, remove the advertisement or put up an unavailable sign. I ended up putting a written complaint about the poor treatment received by a specific employee. I placed my order at the kiosk and had it brought to my table. But, after 15 minutes I got up to get the order. And there it was on the counter. A super busy, pitiful employee told me: yes, please, take it yourself, thank you. When I got to the table I was missing the napkins and ketchup. By the way, isn't McDonald's able to come up with something so that you don't constantly forget your napkins and sauces? It's a rare time that it doesn't happen. Well. I approach a worker and ask him, his response: ask my colleague because I am waiting for someone to need help at the kiosk. ha! Me with the food on the table, more than cold, the children desperate and I wanted him to go to that employee who couldn't cope, so he could wait. I told him: well okay. And I went back to the counter to continue waiting. After a few minutes, that same employee approaches me and tells me: I'll give it to you. To which I answer: it is logical. But, he didn't take it well. Finally I ate the food, not cold, next thing. The drink with all the ice turned into water and I drank the ice creams. The truth is fatal. The worst thing was that when I left, that employee was sweeping, gathering the trash in a corner, and there was eye contact, where he recognized me and I remembered him. And as he passed by, whoosh! With all his intention and contempt, he throws the garbage at my feet. And I also received a derogatory forgiveness full of disdain. This is more than just bad service or lack of attention. Beyond McDonald's. It is something personal to the employee, a lack of respect, a violent situation. I complained in writing. And the manager apologized. But what was her fault? We had friendly treatment. So it was. Why did I drink the ice cream and not order it to pick up later? Because specifically this restaurant has a serious problem with pick-up afterwards. Because when you go to pick up dessert or coffee. That is, after having eaten, and having done the relevant queues or waits. It turns out that you find yourself in another queue or another wait. But, during rush hours it is difficult to find a free one. The best thing is that it is close to a hypermarket that has several fairly large parking lots.
