Здесь стоит попробовать неплохой качамак. В этом ресторане можно заказать вкусно приготовленный берлинский пончик. Гостям не нравится биттер.

Well we have accidentally booked the wrong hotel - my husband is American and booked it, but we were planning to stay at a hotel with the same name in Austria. By the time we arrived , we saw the reservation was wrong . We called to apologize and cancel and see if maybe we could get at least a partial refund ( there's nothing to clean, no food needed etc etc) Anyways: My husband calls . The guy at the hotel says: oh I don't speak English. Doesn't try to get anybody or whatever and hangs up. Then a few minutes later I, the German, call and talk to him. VERY RUDE PERSON! he does not let me finish my sentence , says no thats not us , we are Mohr Hotel ... I said : yea exactly that's what I was trying to say ! You have a reservation in our name for four people correct? He goes: oh JA! So I apologize and try to explain the whole thing - and he just literally flips me off, doesn't let me finish my sentence again, he does not negotiate and just says: well.. too late, not my fault. And then again ( I'm being very very polite!!) he doesn't let me finish my sentence, just denies and then hangs up on me while I'm talking. THE RUDEST PERSON I'VE EVER TALKED TO AT ANY HOTEL. we're still waiting on email response, but they don't seem to care at all. Very sad! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE. I have rarely (no, I'm correcting ) experienced such an ugly, unfriendly phone call! I don't know the guy's name (I can't describe him any other way because man wouldn't be the right word!), but it doesn't matter here. I'm of the opinion that someone like that has no place at the reception. Playing with stones would be a better alternative! We didn't get to visit this hotel, they made sure of that. Slowed me down even before I booked, so to speak. It's a shame, because the reviews of the hotel sound great. And the pictures don't reflect the connection with such a strange creature either! Since I always prefer a personal conversation instead of booking straight away via booking com, I chose this route. Maybe I'll choose this hotel again at some point, simply to rehabilitate my opinion and, if necessary, to relieve the apparently so annoyed guy of his stress or displeasure with a proper, friendly conversation! Incomprehensible!!! Not least because he became insulting and ultimately ended the call by hanging up! PS: I'll select the categories that would have been considered!
