I would like to inform you about an incident of considerable seriousness related to cleanliness and sanitation in your establishment "Muerde la Pasta" at C.C Puerto Venecia, Tr. de los Jardines Reales, 7, Local 175, 50021 Zaragoza. Today, December 24, I had the experience of sharing a meal with my family at your location. My sister requested a latte from the machine, and unfortunately, upon receiving it, we noticed the presence of a considerably large insect with antennae in the container. Upon immediately informing staff, the response was unsatisfactory. They only removed the glass that contained the insect with the coffee, and limited themselves to mentioning that they would check the machine. This lack of attention left my sister without an adequate response. This incident, although serious in itself, is aggravated by the lack of hygiene in their premises, especially in the beverage machines, where ice is dispensed, showing alarming levels of dirt. Additionally, I regret to report that my sister, unaware of the presence of the insect, took a sip of the contaminated coffee. This situation, in addition to being unpleasant, raises serious concerns about the quality and hygiene of the products offered in your establishment.
