Extremely unprofessional staff. We made a call for reservation but the staff said it is not required as they had ample tables. After driving through traffic for 40 minutes, when we reached the waiter refused to give is a table when the entire restaurant was empty. Instead he told us to go downstairs to their Café Dhansoo which is a casual dining outlet instead of the the fine dining area. We still agreed. There the manager told us that we have to wait at the bar only and said he cannot even give us a table at all and denied that he ever had a conversation with us. Utterly disappointed with the behaviour and attitude of the staff. The point is that in case tables were reserved, the staff could have told us over phone the same thing rather than inviting us on false pretext and giving false assurance.

We entered the place to find it completely empty, so we got great service. The food was also good!

Nueva is one of the best place to have a decent food. Good comfortable ambiance and well decorated. Rooftop decoration was so good and super lighting.
Delicious food and good presented.
Price is high on side. Recommended.
