Loved this spot! We went early on a weekday afternoon and it was really a great experience! The sushi tastes super fresh and the highlight was definitely the toro uni bowl to make your own hand roll wrap. The service was great and they have a nice indoor and outdoor area. The parking is a bit tight but they do have valet. Overall, a great sushi spot for high quality fish and yakitori as well!

I love everything about this place. I wish they had the hanging Polaroid picture tree of patrons. It was so cool it looked like a cherry blossom tree. Price is definitely at a premium but it is worth it. The food is absolutely amazing. it's great for friends, dates, family... You can bring anyone here and they will love it. Food is not limited to just raw fish lol you also have some really good fried chicken, soup, skewers. However, one staff member continues to be a bit rude to my mom because she yelled at her one time lol It's kind of funny. I tolerate her saltiness because the food is literally that good. My mom too. with that said, my mom lost her temper because the one thing we came for they didn't fire off until we were done with all of our cold foods, and the waitress made that decision for us without us knowing. So for this beef, I take off one star. So, if you were there for the creamy udon, make sure to tell them to fire it off right away, because it takes a very long time to make. We don't want you waiting an extreme amount of time twiddling your thumbs like we did. My recommendations: -omakase bowl -creamy Nagasaki udon -all things toro -fried chicken -amber jack sashimi it comes with friend spinach and you will thank me -sake because who doesn't loooove sake My tips: - Valet if you NEED to. Fighting for parking here ain't worth it on these streets.

Came here late on a Wednesday and the restaurant was still pretty lively and packed despite closing in an hour. We didn't have any trouble with seating and they had a very extensive menu. We ordered the jidori negima, pork short rib, and prime beef kushiyaki (skewers), salmon belly with truffle sushi (on the special menu), toro uni rice bowl, blue crab rice hot pot, and maguro kajime makimono. Jidori Negima (chicken thigh) Kushiyaki (3/5): Not much seasoning and was a little dry Pork Short Rib Kushiyaki (3/5): A single pork rib. Was a bit hard to eat on the bone since it wasn't super tender. Prime Rib Kushiyaki (4/5): Well seasoned and very tender! Salmon belly with truffle sushi (4/5): Salmon belly was good and fatty but the truffle didn't seem to add anything. A bit pricey. Toro Uni Rice Bowl (5/5): Loved this dish and would recommend! Toro and uni were so good paired together in the rice bowl. Texture and flavor were both on point with this bowl Blue Crab Rice Bowl (5/5): Favorite dish of the night! Tons of crab chocked full of flavor. Maguro Kajime Makimono (4/5): Very good roll! Didn't seem the most appetizing but I enjoyed it Enjoyed Izakaya Osen. Would come back here with a bigger group since their menu is so extensive and I would want to try more dishes.
