Очень приятные люди. Радушный приём. Очень вкусно. Цены достаточно высокие. По крайней мере для гостей из России и Беларуси.

If you are in Crete and want to experience the true beauty of its nature, food and people you have to visit Patsos Taverna (Patsos Escape). The drive from Rethymnon to Patsos is mesmerising, we had to stop few times along the road just to soak in the beautiful nature and occasionally for the goats that were crossing the road ;) When we arrived at the Taverna we were warmly greeted by the kind Mr Vassilis and his delightful mother Mrs Maria. Mr Vassilis would share his vast knowledge regarding the area and three amazing hiking routs that he was able to share via Strava. We made all of them during two days and if you love hiking you will not regret it, probably the most beautiful nature that we’ve ever experienced (the picture don't make it justice). The breakfast and lunch that Mrs Maria served us was something else. All the produce is either their own or from local farms. The quality and taste experience was the best that we had during our entire visit in Crete :) Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

"The Patsos Escape is located at a one and half hour drive from busy Iraklion. Patsos is rural and quiet -one can either hike the trips suggested by Vassilis, or walk on the small roads surrounding the village-there is little traffic. In the Taverna one encounters authentic village life, with local inhabitants (loudly) discussing all matters of importantce! Mama Maria cooks delicious "country style " meals. The apartment above the taverna is spacious. Pricing is very reasonable.When one wants to escape the busy north and south coast, this is the place to go".
