Are here a ton when I worked in Devon. Now I only go back occasionally just to eat here. The owner is the kindest sweetest lady and always remembers me even though my visits have become infrequent. Best food and worth the drive. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Phalika's Thai Food restaurant has been on my mind for a long while. Ever since my wife and I starting visiting Devon and ordering from Frickin Delights Donuts, we noticed Philika's and always thought about dining in. Not living in Devon, plus not being able to dine in for the longest time, we attempted to visit while my family came out to Devon with us many months later, but unfortunately they were closed due to them being away for holidays. I am very glad that we finally got the chance to dine in here! My wife and I shared a Pad Thai with chicken and Green Curry with beef. We were very impressed with the quantity and quality of the food for the reasonable prices. Thanks Phalika's for the excellent experience:)

We were there yesterday and bought 5 cones, after a few minutes my 9 year old granddaughter had trouble holding the big cone so I asked for a cup and the guy said I had to pay for a cup, but my wallet was back in the truck. At that instant her whole ice cream broke off and fell to the ground right in front of him and he said nothing and did nothing. Closed the window and watched a little girl cry with no ice cream. He had no trouble taking money and assuming we wanted an adult cone for her, but wouldn’t help out. What kind of ignorant jerk does that? We’re in Devon a lot and I wouldn’t spend a dime there again. I just couldn’t believe my eyes.
