Dear Jawid Thank you very much for your review, we have been open for many years now and …Dear Jawid Thank you very much for your review, we have been open for many years now and have always been praised by our customers except for the one occasion now or then where we get unsatisfied customers same as any other restaurant, we are sad to hear about your bad experience at our restaurant, we do not know which WAITER/WAITRESS you referring to but it is harder these days for all the staff to work as usual given that they are fasting during the month of Ramadan and yet available to serve the needs of customer (both satisfied and unsatisfied), It is very good to hear that you worked all your life in the restaurant industry, and it is good to hear your input and we do apoligise that your experience was not as you or we thought it would be, we just hope we will get to rectify it next time , otherwise have a very good day and a blessed Ramadan. Our Food is known to be cooked fresh in an open kitchen where all customers can witness it being cooked on a charcoal grill or a griddle. Sorry to hear about your bad experience and we hope we can make it up another time.More
