Cozy atmosphere with reasonably loud background music that did not disturb but contributed to the atmosphere. Fun decorations that work very well as distractions for toddlers and can be quite fun for older people as well. The food is really good but takes a relatively long time to be ready compared to the amount of food you get per dish. Some dishes are faster than others, but since a joint order often comes on the same tray, this doesn't really matter. You can collect your own food when it is ready, but since it is placed on a tray, the person collecting it needs to be reasonably good at keeping their balance. The food is picked up on a level that is one flight of stairs (about four steps) up, so if you start to feel stiff in the joints with half your balance, I recommend sending someone younger to pick up the food. Some dishes are more important to eat hot than others, the gnocchi with cheese cover was very good hot, but if you let it cool for a while it was significantly worse. If you are very hungry, I do not recommend Pinchos. This is a restaurant that is more about the experience than the amount of food, but if you are not too concerned about how much it costs, you can easily get full here as well. Perfect for birthday celebrations or other "party" occasions. I, who eat quite a lot, was almost full on four dishes and approx. a pint of drink. It is by no means bad food and it is definitely nice to have popcorn as a snack before the food arrives. Wheelchair accessibility: Not a lot of space, but also not impossible to steer a wheelchair onto the lower level (where the seating area is).
